Newberry Irish Fling Festival Facts:

  • The Newberry Irish Fling has been a downtown open house event celebrating downtown's Bars and Restaurants since 2000!

  • Where can I park?

    • All downtown public parking lots surrounding the Main Street district will be open and available for free public parking.​

  • Is there a fee for admission?

    • This is a FREE and open to the public event!  Local bars, restaurants, & retailers will have specials all weekend.  

  • All are welcome and invited!  Some venues will be 21 and older only

  • This is not an NDDA "event".  We are only promoting the St. Patrick's day celebration and promoting the specials that our Bars, Restaurants, Retailers, & Venues are providing.   

Welcome spring with downtown Newberry at the Irish Fling!

Friday & Saturday March 13-14, 2026 /  EVENT BEGINS AT 5 PM on Friday & 8AM Saturday Morning.

Please note downtown some streets will be closed to traffic during the Irish Fling event.

This event is a showcase for our local Bars & Restaurants to provide live music and entertainment and fun / shopping on Saturday
